C19, the nineteenth century index

Indexes publications of the Anglo-American World, 1790- 1919, and provides links to the full text of many of the resources. Collections expand with each release of the database. Provides access to a digital library of the humanistic Respublica Litterarum. Includes five collections (Poemata, Historica & Politica, Theasaurus Eruditionis, Cera, and Italia) as well as a growing data base (Lemmata) that contains words and names (with additional morphological and lexical data) linked to general and special dictionaries or encyclopedias within the digital library. Poemata houses over 60,000 pages of Neo-Latin poetry composed by German authors between 1490 to 1790. Thesaurus Eruditionis contains close on 100 reference books with more than 85,000 printed pages. CERA contains 90 printed collections (55,000 pages) of letters written from ca. 1520 through 1770 in Germany and neighboring countries. And ITALI offers at least 70 early printed editions (25, 500 pages) of works written by Italian Renaissance humanists born before 1500
