Beware that when Ebsco says PDF full text it is not full text of the dissertation but full text of the entry in Doctoral Dissertations Accepted by American Universities which is only a brief bibliographic record

Searchable online index of foreign (non-U.S or Canada) doctoral dissertations held by the Center for Research Libraries. 800,000 doctoral dissertations (including those of Albert Einstein, Dag Hammarskjold, and other Nobel laureates). The collection ranges from the mid-1800s to the current day. Advanced search provides limits by Year, Language, and Place of Publication (country). Browsing by country and/or awarding institution is available. ProQuest dissertations & theses global(Online)

Includes citations to dissertations and theses from around the world from 1637. Each dissertation published since July 1980 includes a 350-word abstract written by the author. Master's theses published since 1988 include 150- word abstracts. Simple bibliographic citations are available for dissertations dating from 1637. The database offers full text for most of the dissertations added since 1997 and strong retrospective full-text coverage for older graduate works. Theological Research Exchange Network

Provides access to an online clearinghouse of downloadable (masters and D.Min) theses and dissertations, primarily from seminaries. This resource also makes available conference papers presented at annual meetings of several academic societies including the Evangelical Theological Society, the American Society of Church History, the Society for Pentecostal Studies, and others. Similar in scope to larger commercial thesis and dissertation indexes, this one has an exclusively theological focus. Researchers interested in PhD level research literature in Theology and Religion will need to consult larger commercial indexes, like Proquest Dissertations and Theses. Comes with an advanced search interface and can be searched by title (keyword), author, school, degree (includes year of degree search limiter), conference, and subject.
